From a story-telling dreamer to a published author.
I never imagined as a child that I would write a book, much less one with dyslexia. However, I had a strong dream one night and woke up knowing exactly what I had to do. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be. I was not formally trained. All I needed was a voice, a vision, and a strong determination to tell a story that would not go untold.
For me, Mud City is a personal triumph more than merely a book. It demonstrates that no barrier is too great to prevent you from speaking the truth. Take this as a sign to keep going if you’re a creator facing a similar challenge. Your narrative is needed by the world.
